1. Copy IC of the Hirer (Front and Back)
2. Past 6 months CPF contribution statement or past 3 years IRA contribution or past 6 months pay-slip
3. Hirer’s company name, address and office number
4. Copy IC of the Owner (Front and Back)
5. Sales Agreement between the Owner and the Buyer (Hirer)
6. Details of the said unit
